Shipping

We ship all orders within 24 hours and they will be received between 5 and 10 days, depending where they are shipping to. Standard flat rate shipping applies to all orders under $25. Shipping is free with orders over $25. If you want expedited shipping, select that option at checkout for an additional charge.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bac-Pac Buddies^®. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days for a 100% refund of the purchase price. You will need to pay for the return shipping. Returns can be made by clicking here.
